    Sam was one of the nicest and easiest salesperson I have ever met. He made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I was impressed with his integrity and knowledge of Toyotas and finance issues. I even told my friend and the friendliness of Sam so she bought a carfrom him too!

    I love victory Toyota, the product is great and the employees are wonderful. Peter sercia is a great guy and everyone is very helpfull. I had a great experience.

    I did not intend to lease a new car initially. But the salesperson was so helpful, knowledgeable and honest, informing me of the special interest rate and current advantages (since the 2012′s were due out immediately), that it made sense to consider making the deal at the time.

    I was clear about what I could afford and the sales person accepted that without attempting to pressure me I to a situation that I would not be comfortable.

    George in Finance was also very friendly and helpful. In fact, he recognized me from a previous purchase 3 years ago and that helped me feel more comfortable in an inherently uncomfortable situation.

    The team worked hard with difficult parameters to find a deal that worked for me.

    The aspects I liked the most: the salesman was very helpful and demonstrated just the right amount of advice and assistance along with giving me time to consider my options.

    This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Well done Victory Toyota.

    Considerate of time = average. Ability to answer questions = average. Negotiation: simple and straight forward = poor. The sales experience was not set up right. You can’t customers like that and keep them. Explanation of Toyota Care and Entune were good. Aspects I liked the most, taking my new Camry home.

    Prompt initial greeting was average but knowledge of models and features, and consideration of my time was excellent. Receiving my vehicle and explanation of features and controls was excellent. However, when the person that detailed the car conditioned the leather and dashboard, the same rag was used to wipe the windshield (inside). This left an awful film that I could not get off. Brought it back a few days later, most came off but I had to clean again at home.

    Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, courtesy of service advisor was excellent, but they were not able to resolve the issue. I was told to wait until it dies again and was told by a tow truck driver that it was my starter not my battery or charging system. I felt that should have been determined at first appointment. The service writer did give me a credit for my next visit on the amount I paid for the first visit after I let them know I was not happy with the svc. Yes I would return for service. Recommend for service: it depends on what we do from here going forward.

    The “en-Tune” system requires a “Smart Phone” we do not have a “smart phone” and would not have purchased the “en-tune” if we knew of the requirement. Aspects liked the most: no haggling purchase through Costco
